Use of Service
- •You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
- •You must use Planix in compliance with local laws and professional standards.
- •You may not misuse the platform for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
Engineering Responsibility
- •Planix outputs are concept-to-preliminary-engineering grade — not construction-ready and not a compliance certification or professional stamp.
- •Generated geometry, structural defaults, schedules, BOQ, and exports (DXF/PDF/IFC/XLSX) are preliminary aids provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, code compliance, or fitness for construction.
- •Generated outputs assist design workflows and do not replace licensed review.
- •Final drawings and calculations must be independently validated, corrected, and stamped by a licensed engineer before construction, tender, or authority submission.
- •Local code compliance and authority approvals remain the user responsibility.
Plans, Billing, and Access
- •Features and limits depend on your selected plan and current subscription state.
- •Billing terms, renewals, and cancellations are handled within account settings.
- •Planix may update features to improve security, performance, and service quality.
Planix outputs are workflow accelerators. Always complete professional review and stamping requirements before construction or submission.
